Procedure
We advise coming to the clinic in loose comfortable clothing or gym wear.
Handpieces are placed on the area to be treatment. The High Focused Electro-Magnetic technology repeatedly contracts the muscle throughout the treatment, forcing deep contraction of the entire muscle.
During the treatment you will feel the muscle contracting and telexing.
The treatment is pain free and has minimal side effects. Some patients have temporary skin redness and mild muscle soreness
Post procedure instructions
Drink at least 2 litres of water per day to help the body flush out processed fat.
Avoid training the treated muscle group for 48 hours post-treatment.
Maintain a healthy balanced diet to maximise fat-burning and muscle-building results.
It is recommended to avoid or limit alcohol and caffeine for 24-72 hours to prevent dehydration and aid metabolism.
If mild swelling or soreness occurs, it typically subsides within 24-48 hours.
