Plasma Pen skin tag removal is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that utilizes a device to safely and effectively eliminate skin tags.
Procedure
The Plasma Pen emits a controlled, focused beam of plasma energy, which is directed at the skin tag. This energy causes the skin tag to shrink, dehydrate, and ultimately fall off over time. The procedure is relatively quick, with minimal discomfort, and it doesn't require incisions or stitches, reducing the risk of scarring or infection.
These micro-injuries trigger the skin's natural healing response, which leads to the formation of a scab over the treated area. As the skin heals, the scab dries and eventually falls off, taking the skin tag with it.
Post procedure instructions
Keep the treated area dry. Avoid hot showers, saunas, and sweating to prevent irritation.
Avoid make up near or on the treated area.
Avoid sun exposure.
Small carbon crusts will form; they must be allowed to fall off naturally, usually within 7 to 10 days. Allow the crusts to fall off by themselves.
