Profhilo Structura is an innovative, injectable treatment designed to rejuvenate and hydrate the skin, addressing concerns such as skin laxity, fine lines, and loss of volume. Unlike traditional dermal fillers, Profhilo Structura focuses on bio-remodelling the skin from within, enhancing its overall quality and appearance.
Our faces show signs of ageing due to a combination of bone loss, diminished collagen, elastin and fat redistribution, which can lead to our faces looking gaunt and hollow. Profhilo Structura has been designed to target the deep fat layers underneath the skin. When this treatment is injected, it helps correct the look of a hollowed face which has been caused by midface fat loss and gives the face a more contoured appearence.
As well as adding volume back to a sunken midface, Profhilo Structura also targets skin quality, improving the look of fine lines and wrinkles as well as boosting skin hydration levels.
Procedure
The skin is cleansed and disinfected. A pilot hole is made in the skin and Structura is injected using a cannula. It is a quick and virtually pain free treatment.
Post procedure instructions
Mild swelling, tenderness and occasional bruising are normal
Avoid touching, rubbing or massaging the injection sites to prevent infection and displacement
Avoid applying make-up for 12-24 hours and intensive exercise for 24-48 hours.
Avoid extreme heat (saunas, sunbeds) for 1-2 weeks
On the day of treatment try to sleep on your back with an extra pillow to help reduce facial swelling
Apply SPF50 daily
Can anyone have this treatment?
This treatment is not suitable for;
Known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid or lidocaine.
Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Active infection at the intended injection sites.
Autoimmune disease or bleeding disease.
Recent dermal fillers in the past 3 weeks.
Active cold sores.
